Bryan Royea, President

As President and Project Manager, Bryan plays a vital role in each residential and commercial design-build project. He brings over 15 years of experience to Valroy Construction, where he started his career by digging trenches to now managing several million-dollar medical and dental construction projects. Over time, Bryan has gained valuable knowledge about each trade, which allows him to manage and problem solve effectively and efficiently. He also excels at budget and timeline management to ensure that all project costs and schedules remain on target. With a promise built upon quality, Bryan inspects every construction project to ensure a highly detailed finish that exceeds the expectations of his clients.

Fernando Lopez, Superintendent

Fernando is our resident bilingual Superintendent who is fluent in both English and Spanish. With over two decades of construction experience under his tool belt as a foreman, he truly understands the importance of job-site safety and subcontractor responsibilities. Fernando also has an eye for superior detail, which is reflected in his work at all times.
